Bdtbt Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bdtbt (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our") and all registered members. bdtbt operates under an international gaming license and these Terms & Conditions are formulated in accordance with the regulations of that license.

To use bdtbt's services, you must be at least 18 years old. You confirm that online gaming is legal in the country or region where you reside.

Bdtbt reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered members will be notified via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with bdtbt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account can be opened per mobile number. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be terminated and deposited funds forfeited.

• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided during registration must be accurate.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed if required.
• Never share your account password with anyone—you are fully responsible for security.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical tricks to play games is prohibited.
• Identity fraud or providing false information will result in immediate account termination.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Bdtbt accepts deposits through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following methods are available for deposits: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100, and the maximum single deposit limit is set according to platform guidelines.

• Deposits typically reach your account within a few seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Deposits sent from a third party's name will not be accepted and will be refunded.
• Deposits made with incorrect information may experience processing delays.
• Bdtbt does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your mobile operator's own charges may apply.
• If an active bonus offer is available, it must be selected during deposit—it cannot be added later.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Bdtbt members can request withdrawal of their winnings at any time. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, bdtbt reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until identity verification is completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for deposits.
• Bonus money must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Once a withdrawal request is in process, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity and may require additional verification.
• Daily withdrawal limits are set according to bdtbt policy; VIP members enjoy higher limits.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bdtbt regularly offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which are clearly stated in the offer description. Terms should be read carefully before accepting a bonus.

• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit and is available once per member.
• Not all games may be playable with bonus money—the list of eligible games is provided in the offer terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require wagering 15–30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days; unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the offer.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• If a game is cancelled due to technical issues, the staked amount will be fully refunded.

• If you have any objections to a game result, contact the support team—bdtbt resolves all disputes fairly.
• Match-fixing or use of inside information in sports betting is strictly prohibited and punishable.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Closure & Suspension Rules

• Providing false identity or fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Allowing anyone under 18 years of age to use the account.

If you wish to close your account, contact the support team. Verified balance can be withdrawn before closing the account.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bdtbt strives to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service at all times. However, bdtbt is not liable for losses arising from temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service provider failures, or force majeure.

• Account access may be temporarily unavailable during server downtime or maintenance.
• Bdtbt does not guarantee any profits; members bear the risk of winning or losing in gaming.
• Bdtbt is not responsible for any loss caused through third-party links or services.
• Any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with international gaming law.
